1. Combine all ingredients except brandy in large saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; add brandy.
2. Ladle into mugs, leaving cinnamon sticks and cloves in saucepan. Garnish with orange slices.

Combine all ingredients except brandy in large slow cooker; cover and turn heat to high until punch is hot, about 1 hour. Stir in brandy; turn heat to low. Punch may be kept warm and served from slow cooker up to 2 hours.
