Ingredients

bag SUCCESS® Rice
|
|
|
Spicy Oriental Sauce (recipe follows)
|
|
1/4
|
cup vegetable oil, divided
|
|
3/4
|
pound skinless, boneless turkey, cut into strips
|
|
1/2
|
teaspoon minced fresh ginger
|
|
1
|
clove garlic, minced
|
|
1
|
cup broccoli florets
|
|
1
|
medium onion, cut into wedges
|
|
1
|
yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
|
|
2
|
medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Prepare rice according to package directions.
|
|
Prepare Spicy Oriental Sauce; set aside.
|
|
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet or wok. Add turkey, ginger and garlic; stir-fry until turkey is no longer pink in center. Remove turkey from skillet; set aside.
|
|
Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in same skillet. Add broccoli, onion and bell pepper; stir-fry 1 minute. Return turkey to skillet with tomatoes. Stir sauce; add to skillet. Cook and stir until sauce is thickened. Serve over hot rice. Garnish, if desired.

Spicy Oriental Sauce

tablespoons cornstarch
|
|
1/2
|
cup water
|
|
2
|
tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
|
|
1
|
tablespoon sherry
|
|
1
|
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
|
|
1
|
teaspoon curry powder
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
