Apple Orchard Pancakes

cups all-purpose flour

cup packed brown sugar

teaspoons baking powder

teaspoons ground cinnamon

teaspoon baking soda

eggs

cups milk

cup vegetable oil

teaspoon butter
|

cup chopped dried apples
|

cup golden raisins

1. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in large bowl.
|

2. Beat eggs in medium bowl; stir in milk and oil. Add egg mixture to flour mixture; stir until almost blended. Stir in apples and raisins.
|
|
3. Lightly coated griddle with butter. Heat griddle over medium heat until hot. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form in batter and bottom of pancakes are lightly browned; turn and cook 2 minutes or until brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve pancakes with syrup, if desired.
